Ok. I'm in need of a new string for one of my bows. It has a FF on it and would like another. I have no clue as to what type of material, serving, or padding to order. Is there on type that's better than the other as far as FF go? Not looking for who to get it from looking for what type of material. Thanks in advance!

Ranger. Is there a significant reason why or just overall performance?

Astro Fligth, D-10, 450P, Ultra-Cam, etc., etc.

All are proven materials, you have to make the decision what works good for you and the bow!

Same with servings, a LOT to choose from. Braided, twisted, diameter sizes, etc.

Have fun!  :D

Contact SBD and have them make you a D-10 string. Hard to beat their strings.

For string material, I'm partial to Dynaflight '97 or Formula 8125.  Dacron works fine for padding the loops.  #62XS is my preferred serving material.  These have all worked great for several years.
