-On rare occasions I find the glue on points of my broken wooden arrows and was wondering if anyone had a good trick to get the wood out?

-Also, how do you clean the glue or goop off your riser when your riser pad gets worn out?

I love super glue but man, god forbid you gotta un-super glue.    :knothead:

I screw a 1 1/2" long or so into the wood, grasp it with pliers and heat the point as if installing and pull it apart using another pair of pliers. Two pair of pliers sure helps to keep fingers not burned. That's using hot melt. Maybe work with super glue? There is a super glue remover that might work on the pad deal, dunno about that. Acetone but that may be hard on finish?
Live simply. Love generously. Care deeply. Speak kindly.

Acetone will take your finish off in a flash. Try Goof Off sticker remover, or wd-40. Put a pinch on a clean cloth and try to wipe it off, dont spray it directly on the bow.
