I,ve just run across some Indian take down bows. I didn't know that Indian Archery made Take down bows. They don't look to bad. I'm thinking of buying one. Has anyone herd of these bows?

in the mid-60's while in high school, i worked part-time at "mac's archery" in milwaukee. he carried a few bows from indian archery, along with wing and bear and another i can't think of right off hand. i think they went down in the late 60's. i don't recall them making a take-down, tho.

I didn't think Indian made take downs ether. I have a vintage bow made by a bow club from Clinton Indiana called the Black Stag Archery Club in 1955. There were only a few of these made. It's one of the sweetest bow I have ever shot. Anyways I thought if these bows are actual Indian Archery bows it be worth picking one up just because of the rarity of it.
