Cheap, and quality, don't noamally go together in the same venue.
In my experience, you get what you pay for.
Blems are blems for a reason.  
I would look around, check whith the folks here,and try to loacte a few arrows of each brand you are concidering.  Try them, and make a choice from there, an extra
$10/dzn, is much cheaper than buying several dzn of different mfgrs, only to have results that doesnt't fit your needs.
Quality is exactly that.

I'm in the process of getting an order ready for ya Big Jim.  Gonna get some CE Heritage 75s, but wanted to try some GT Trads as well.  I was hoping that you might have some GT Trad Blems in 1535.  I take it you don't have any right now.  Will you be getting more in any time soon.  Thanks.

Big Jim has the best price around on CX Heritage, their also one of the best shafts on the market regardless of price..so thats my vote.
