Never tried one, but it's a sharp looking bow for sure. If you get one, be sure to post a report on it.

I believe Rich Lopez, aka droptine59, has one of these and can show you some sexy pics of the '64 if you are over 21.

I haven't handled one but just received a '59 Hybrid from him and it far exceeded my expectations. They are a lot of bow for the money. His bows seem to closer to the originals than any I have seen and the '64 Kodiak was a real performer.Add to that,FF compatible,I bet it would be a heck of a bow.My transaction was nothing but positive.Besides the regular guaranty,if you don't like it for any reason, you can send it back for a full refund.

Thanks guys, I truly love the idea of my 64 with FF tips... sounds like it could be gravy...

That is what I thought about the '59.Couple that with brand new glass, wood and glue lines and finish and your choice of weight, woods and glass at a price not that much different than what you would pay for the old one.

I don't know if that green glass is available but I thought the '64 on his site with the green glass and bubinga was amazing.
