I am thinking about buying an early 70's metal black widow riser, i was wondering if the new limbs for wood handle would work. A friend told me he thought the bolt patterns would work but i want to make sure.
Thanks guys!

You can send the serial # to BW in an email, and they should be able to answer your question. Good folks at Black Widow!

I dont have the serial number but i emailed them. But does anyone know.

stevewills

they still make limbs for those if you request them
i like biscuits

Cocklebur

I am not sure but I think I read that they won't fit.

Well i just got an email back saying they will not make limbs anymore for the old metal riser bows, i doubt i will ever find a set of left handed limbs to fit it so i am going to save my money.

knobby

They won't work. I've got one and they're not even close to what they produce now. I've tried to find other limbs for mine without luck...I can't imagine how rare a set of lefties would be. Probably a good idea to pass on the riser.
