Not me (yet)!  Because I just received my 68" Hawk Classic and haven't brought it out yet.  But that will soon change.

Been hunting with a 70" Hill for a couple years. I love it, but the next one will be 68". For me, the only time the length becomes an issue is while sitting low to the ground and I have to cant beyond my comfort zone.

yep - the 'thread the arrow through the hole in the log' trick to hit the foamie turkey target station.   :D

my buddy shoots a 72" because of his 31' draw and me and him both fit in a double bull together,, I will admit when he draws his string back it not only hits his nose but it also hits my nose when sitting next to him in there.

as for shooting one, once your use to the length theres nothing out there that has the smoothness of a 70" + longbow.

Im still "learning" the proper set ups with a 62". (shakes head)
I'm not a "deer" hunter, I'm a bow hunter that occasionally shoots a deer.

I ground hunt with a 68" long bow and never had any problems.

Ragnarok Forge

Every bow I own is 68 inches long.  I strictly ground hunt and have never had a problem with them.

Skill is not born into anyone.  It is earned thru hard work and perseverance.

All my bows are 66 and 68" long I ground hunt and have never had a problem, you just learn to how to handle it in brushy areas that tend to catch a bow more.

sawtoothscream

i will be. new bow coming is 66"  will most likly try and buy a 62" recurve or longbow during the summer or buy next summer.  i have a 64" one now and it seems fine and i shoot it well. havnt brought it out to the woods yet though

Absolutely! I love 70" Hills, and they sure do hunt! I've never had a problem with them being too long in the bush.

I'm only 5'5" tall and have a 66" Mahantango coming my way. I've always used 58-60" bows in the past. I foresee no problems with 3 more inches on each end of the bow. Just pay attention to your set-up and enjoy the hunt...........IJ

I have 66 and 68.  I have always hunted with the 66 and used the 68 for target.
