When tuning you bow, what angle do you hold your bow. I cant a good amount when shooting. Do you hold the bow straight up and down to tune or cant as you would normally shoot the bow. I assume the bow would have to be straight up and down.

I always tune as if I am shooting.

If I'm tuning the bow I will hold it as I would be shooting it.At a slight cant.

If you cant , do you read left and right or high and low just as if the bow were straight?

lpcjon2

The same rules apply read the arrow as it hits the target.Just ignore the cant if thats how you shoot.

Thanks. I think I will do some more tuning this winter. My arrows shoot good but a little better couldn't hurt any.

Bjorn

When bareshafting I hold the bow straight up and down. Normal tuning I cant.
