I own a summit viper,love it. its like a lazy-boy
lounge chair up there. my buddys own the lone
wolf systems, they are nice to. most important
features to weigh in... safety, weight, ease of
set-up,and cost. I bought 2nd hand,and saved some
beans.
Make certain your exhausted when you reach them Pearly Gates.

I own an 'Ol Man that climbs by sitting down and standing up.  It's easy to use.  Altogether it weights 23 lbs., but on my back doesn't seem to be too heavy.  I think it is a good stand.  I used a Baker back in the 70's.  The way I remember it the weight was a bit much but it was sturdy and roomy.  At first i DIDn't have the hand helper chinup and Bearhugged the tree to climb.  I about killed myself then and probably would now...Again, the 'Ol Man is nice, but have not had experience with the other praised stands

"Take a look at treewalkertreestands.com I have the pro mag xlt"

I have the same one , It's a lazy boy in the tree !

But it is light wt. & very solid in the tree , best climb stand out there.
