What kind of back quiver is recommended for hunting or does anyone know of a good quiver that you can attach to your pack?

I sometimes use a Catquiver II that works well. It has pockets attached which allow me to take along extra gear into the field. That said, I personally prefer a side quiver.

I use a backquiver for almost all of my hunting. I bought a Wyondotte "Field Quiver" kit and stitched it together. After 11 years,it's still like brand new!!! Within a few months,it was molded right to my back and quiet as a mouse.

As for a pack, After 6 years in the Marines I hate carrying anything on my back. I use a haversack for my gear. The haversack goes over my left shoulder and hangs on my right side. My backquiver goes over my right shoulder.(I'm right handed) The straps criss-cross my chest.

A very simple and comfortable way to carry my gear.   :archer:
I only shoot WOOD arrows... My kid makes them, fast as I can break them!
