With my 8 strand strings I am needing about a .038 serving. I would rather not double serve or lay any material underneath as that makes the servings out of round. Does anyone carry this size. Also what is your favorite jig?

Thanks TJ

I only use Halo for serving and I know they make it in .30 diameter.

My skinny strings always come-out a bit too small for the nock; I just tie on a nocking point above and below, then give the space in between a few wraps of dental tape.  Works fine.

What type of FF type string are you using? Like said Halo .030 is the largest diameter I've seen.I have alot of different diameter servings,I just double serve my skinny strings. It gets me to where I like my nock fit.I only double serve the area long enough for my fingers and nock point,I don't double serve the entire length. You may just have to double serve to get the fit you want or go with strings with more strands.

Brownell makes .036 serving
If you cut up your wife's french leather purse to make a tab, does that make you a redneck?

Where can I get it Griz? Don't see it on 3rivers site.

Large serving on a tiny string is much more prone to slipping.
