Tried out the PinOak limb sock on my 62" R/D last night. Looked like exactly what i was hoping for till the 1st shot and 'whats that noise?' The top end hole is a little big, loose fitting around the tip, and I have extra matl bunched at top of sight window. The lwr limb part seems to fit snugger. The noise is definitely from the top; at first I thought the noise was the looser top tip fluttering in the wind, but after trying tacking it down under the top string loop I started looking elswhere and it sure sounds like its coming from the bunched mtl at top of riser. It sounds kindof like shaking beans in a sock. I waded thru 150 reviews on 3R and only 1 other noise complaint- a dude with a loose fit on a shorter LB like mine. I hate the idea of taking the scissors to it, will probly just try a needle and thread tighten up job 1st.

Anybody else go thru this? The product appears to be just what i wanted if i can kill the noise. Any suggestions appreciated.

Bowhunting is "KILL and EAT" not "Catch and Release".....Semper Fi!
