Zbow reviews? Phoenix?

I haven't seen any reviews or comments on Zbows. Does anyone shoot one? Also the Predator Phoenix longbow doesn't seem to have any followers, at least not speaking up. Does anyone know much about how these bows perform?

I have shot the Predator Phoenix before. It was not the bow for me. I dont think that it lives up to the quality and ability of there recurve.

I ordered a Z58 hunter 2 piece on 2/22/13 and was told by Zach it would be 15-16 weeks to delivery. Well it has been paid in full since 5/4/13 and I don't have it. I e-mailed him last week for an update and he informed me he would email me a report at the end of this week and nothing yet, but there's always tomorrow. I called him late May and he told me I go pushed behind 3 bows that his dad ordered for a show at the end of June. So that's what I got for ya. Not happy with guy right now as I have given him many chances prove himself

Yeah you should definitely be getting your money back. There is no excuse for that especially being pushed behind other orders. Plenty of proven bowyers with good reps out there that will stick to their word.

A friend I shoot with at our club has a Z bow--limbs are far from straight. Sighting down the limbs on the belly side, the string lines up on one side of the top limb and the opposite side of the bottom limb. Can't believe it got sent out that way. Not quality work by any stretch of the imagination.

Isn't 15-16 weeks about 4 months,you ordered it 2/22/13 that's about 4 months tomorrow.It's not like it's 4 months past due.I have ordered bows that went a couple of months past the estimated due date,some came in on time or maybe a week earlier.

15-16 weeks put it at mid-end of May, that's when I was told to expect it originally. Tomorrow is 3-4 weeks late, and no update he said he was going to give. The point is some one ask for a review and I am reporting on my dealing with Zbows.

Heard from Zach today he said the bow will be complete soon and I will receive it next week I'll post a review and pics on another thread
