I am shooting an A&H ACS around 58@31.  I am shooting 712 grain arrows.  I need new strings and am wanting some opinions.  My bow is all black so I want some color ideas and material/strand counts. Also string makers you recommend

SBD from the sponsors here make great strings. They do different colors too I believe.
Good luck & happy shooting.

Well the color I'd stick with some black but maybe put in some Red.
I would also go for a 14 strand string UNLESS you already have your bow well tuned with what you have, then I would just get a string that matches the strand count & type as the one you already have.

What Eugene said. 14 strand for your weight pull is about right. Color choices are available from black to bright yellow to white, etc. Some makers even do tri=color strings.

I shoot 12-strand red and black D-97 strings on my ACSs.  Pad the loops to 16 strands.  Make my own strings. Standard issue on new ACSs is 12-strand D-97.
