I finally got a chance to go and do some hunting in my stand. It was a great evening in the woods,The weather was perfect and My setup was perfect and then it began. I got in around 5:30 and I wasn't in my stand but 20 min. and then out of nowhere I found my sanity and felt like I was one with myself and the earth.I watched some squirrels do some gathering,birds flew from tree to tree. And as I looked out over the plush green trees and bushes, I realized how lucky I am to be able to experience something that God created the way it is supposed to be experienced. That concluded the best hunt in a long time.
