27 inch draw

I used to shoot a 30" compound and my draw, with a longbow, is about 28" to 28.5". I currently shoot a 60" and 62" bow just fine.

My personal feeling is that 52" would be too short for your draw. The pinch point at 52" would be pretty severe. If it were me, I would look toward a 57" draw.

I am a newbee to the sport, only a trad shooter for three years, but that is my advice.

Good luck!

BTW: I shoot three fingers under too.

Short bows on the whole seem to be alot more sensitive to any flaws in form or release. Doesnt seem to matter if you shoot 3 under or split finger. I find that bows 56 and under are harder for me to shoot with any consistancy so I prefer 60 to 64. I would suggest trying one that short before plunking down the cash.
Bowhunting is "KILL and EAT" not "Catch and Release".....Semper Fi!

Thanks for the help.
