Sharpening Broadheads - you have to see this.

I bought the Grizzly Industrial version of this sharpened. It works better than I ever imagined. I am not good at hand sharpening and do not enjoy it. This video is from Centaur Archery. They also sell this system. It is as easy as shown on the video.

I am sure that there are people that take pride in hand sharpening and enjoy it. But for those that struggled with it and do not enjoy it watch this. It gets your heads razor sharp in seconds, literally.

jims wheels are a little bit thinner too allowing broadheads such as his and simmons to get a razor edge.  i just talked to him the other night about his wheels and am going to order a set.  ive had the standard wheels for about 4 years now and will never buy another file for the rest of my life.  this is the best way to sharpen.

I wonder if Centaur Archery is buying their sharpening wheel from Alaska Bowhunting Supply or did they just copy ABS Grizzly Razor Sharpening Wheel System?

What size grinder are you all using with this system?

Go to nearest BassPro Shop in your area. visit the knife counter for a demostration..It's the same system.......paper wheel is way to go to touch up your heads for sure

Wood workers have been using paper wheels to sharpen chisels and turning tools for years.
It's just the last few years that they have started promoting them for broadheads.
If you don't shoot a concave blade, the wide wheel works just fine and will last longer

I also appreciate your posting that link to the video, Gil. I bought a set of the wheels years ago when the first owner of the knife blades that Dryad sells now was handling the wheels (set) also. I mounted them on a grinder I had but I have never used them because they warned about dressing the wheel could make a mess (and at the time the grinder was in the house - that's a no-no - LOL). I finally moved the grinder outside (carport) but in the meantime I struck gold (for me) with the KME sharpener. Now that I've watched this video I think I'll uncover the grinder and finally dress the wheels - LOL. I'll have a backup for my KME when time is limited. Of course my wheels are the wider ones but my broadheads are straight edged anyway so it doesn't matter. Thank you, Gil (and Jim for making the video). Now all I gotta do is "git-r-done" - LOL.

Oh, also the tip about "sanding" the wheel, to true it, is valuable. I don't remember if my set covered that tip or not but I do remember a wobble when I first turned the grinder on. I was able to adjust it out (somehow) but I don't remember using that trick with the sandpaper around the file. Good to know!

Yep, great system, I got mine from Grizzley Industrial,  way cheaper. Wood working supply stores also have the exact same system.
Looks like the Razor Sharp Edgemaking System will supply to most any retailer and allows them  to market it under their name.  Notice, Centaur has their own custom stickers on the wheels and packaging, as do all the others like Alaska Bowhunting Supply..etc
