carbon arrow help

ok so im just now gettin back into shooting trad seriously been busy with college this past year everytime id want to get back to shooting somethin would come up but now i have time and want to give AD carbons a try, so if im shooting a td longbow 51@29 with a 30in shaft and 100gr brass insert with 125gr head do i get the AD trad or trad lite? i know ive asked questions about carbons before but I cant find my old posts
