I recently purchased me a Foley longbow 47@28.I'm drawing about 27 1/2".I have been shooting my wood arrows 55-60 spine that are for my 55@28" great plains recurve. They are a little over spined.Thinking of getting some goldtip 35-55.Do you think would be a good arrow selection and correct spine?I'm going to be shooting 190 grains up front.

Try some heavier points, 160-190 gr, on your 55-60's.  That should tell you easy enuf whether you are overspined.  How long are your arrows, BOP?
