Sand lightly to remove old finish. Go to Tru-value and get some acetone and some 2-ton devcon epoxy. Mix at a ratio of 5 parts acetone to 1 part of epoxy. Mix. (I use a mason jar that I can seal, as it will last a few days which will help as you put on several coats). Rub on with a lint free rag (old cotton t-shirt works well) in one quick stroke per area. Do not go back over areas you whipped until it is dried (about 2-4 hours). Feel for lint or bumps. Sand with 0000 steel wool if needed. Repeat for 5 coats. When finished, leave as is for a gloss look. Steel wool very lightly and then polish with car wax for a satin finish.
Until next time...good shooting,
Lee
