Got a couple Dan Toelke recurves w/that combo. They shoot sweet & fast...

My Howard Hill Cheetah has juniper and bamboo, shoots great and is beautiful under clear glass.

One of the best shooting recurves I ever had was a Fox High Sierra with bamboo cores and juniper veneers.  Great bow, and one of the few I regret selling.  That juniper is some of the prettiest veneer wood in my opinion.

I have a Hill bow with boo core, and juniper veneer under clear glass.  Absolutely a beautifull bow, and the function of it, IMO, is second to none.  Although, I'm very biased towards my own equipment.  If you believe, you will achieve.

I've owned a Robertson Vision with that combo - and shot a couple of others - and this makes for a very nice shooting and beautiful limb.  You can see lots of wood combinations with Juniper on the Robertson Stykbow website if you need any ideas...to the the their 'Bows in Stock' section.

I have a juniper Robertson, and it performs great, and looks great.  The type of veneer doesn't affect the shooting much if any.  Its all about the core material/fiberglass.

I thought you were done shooting a bow   :saywhat:

Can't go wrong ordering a bow from Vince, He makes one of the best bows out there.
