I've missed a couple this year and also bounced one off of its head too.  Looking to seal the deal this month when the muhlberries start to ripen (groundhog cocaine).

Good going! I have a big whistle pig here that I missed twice last year and he gave me the slip many times last fall. I've been looking for him but have only seen him once early this spring.
He should make Pope and Young by fall.
Congrats

What amazes me as that I have one hole I call the "boneyard". I bet it has 6 hogs in it that went back in the hole carrying my carbon arrow down the tube. Never fails another one takes it over sooner or later. Tough critters who use their sense of smell, eyes and ears as good as any animal I have gone after.

Nice ground grizz. You just have to watch out for a sow with cubs. they're the mean ones.

Good for you Tom.  Did you use your turkey broadhead on him?  Enjoy the shoot this weekend and see you in a few weeks.

My favorite small target! I love hunting them.

The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.
