These shafts came with nocks installed-  Anybody know if they are glued in or just really tight?

no push-in type nocks for tubular shafts should ever be glued in.

And dont ever glue them in when you get them either!!!  Ive done that once, it must be something to do with shock but I broke off ever single nock flush with the shaft when I glued them in!

Just very tight. I have also noticed this. If you want to adjust them, you need one of the little plastic nock wrenches(not sure what they are called) that often come with Easton nocks. You can also put some tape around them and turn them with pliers. They are very tight though.

It doesn't matter how or what you shoot, as long as you hit your target.

i just wrap a piece of leather around em and twist with needle nose pliers
