What an awesome bow!! Mine will be similiar, except I'm getting Gemsbok overlays. I love the Deer tracks, excellent touch! Jim is just an amazing craftsman. I should be getting real close on the list now. Congrats on a fine bow, and "Hats-Off" to BigJim for another work-of-art. I'm going to be getting on his list again for a 2pc Thunder Child.

I love the deer tracks!  I told Jim what I wanted and he said he'd never done it before but he'd give it a try.  Well I think he really did a Great job on them!!
Chasing my kids and my degree for now but come next fall the critters better look out.  ;)

Sorry if there was any drool on it, That is the bow that made me decide what wood to order on my Thunder child at the Ky Classic last week. Beutiful bow Congradulations.

It is nice to read such nice comments about bigjim, he is in the process of helping me make a selection on my first longbow.
Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature, nor do the children of men as a whole experience it. Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing. TGMM ♥

The big fellow sure builds some nice looking bows. I discovered that I am a recurve shooter and have to keep reminding myself of this when I see these threads.
