Woke up yesterday morning, looked out my bedroom window and saw 5 turkeys wandering in my back yard. What made this so unusual was the fact we have no season in Fulton County Ohio. I got within 35 yards of them and all were hens. That makes about 25 turkys I have seen in our area. Maybe some day I can get on with my bow.

Better check the Ohio DNR website....all counties in Ohio are open to spring turkey hunting...only selected counties during fall turkey hunting.

Sounds like you missed out on a turkey dinner.
Some people live an entire lifetime and wonder if they have ever made a
difference in the world, but the Marines don't have that problem.

Opening day in Ohio is April 19th and only gobblers are legal during the spring season.
