Arrow suggestions?

Just purchased an 1956 Bear Kodiak for my wife to shoot. Was looking for suggestions on arrows, spine ,type ,length,weight out front etc.Bow is 33lbs. @28inches.60inch AMO.She's Just starting out target shooting . Thanks in advance for arrow advice.

Without knowing draw length, I would suggest looking into either a 1616 or 1716 aluminum shaft. Remember for every inch under 28" minus approx. 3#. If she draws 25" that would make it 33#-9#s. Add 3# for every inch above 28". Call Bowhunter Supply(their on the net) and talk to them, their shafts are very reasonable and they have a great selection.

yea ... Id go with cb... 1716 cut to around 28" with 175 up front... but you need draw length....I inputted your #s in the stu miller calculator and the above is a rough start

Wow, first congratulations on getting a nice old Bear. It being a older Bear it screams for wood arrows. I'd guess 35-40 spine, that's just a guess, call 3-Rivers they would probably know & even have test kits for spine. I'd say shoot wood!   :thumbsup:
