Well like I said I have a hole in my gloves top finger (shooting split), I moved my nock point on the string to help the porposing which it did, but soon after I noyiced a twanging and some bad shots, I cleaned the burrs off the nock point after moving with a file. Is it time for a new glove? is this normal wear and tear? or need a new nock point?

Can't take anything snagging my bowstring especially a hole in my glove. Repair it or buy another. Tie on string nocks will not wear your leather.

I prefer tie-on nocking point, been tyiing them on for over 10 years.Just looks more traditional to me,no more wear on gloves or tabs and doesn't sctratch the bow when unstrung.

I was curious about this myself as I have the same problem.  I go through about a glove a year.

I second that you tie on string nocks

I shoot a Super Glove and my fingers are sticking out the ends of all three. my shooting is the better than ever! I think its cause I can feel my anchor. I'm ordering a new one but I don't know if Im ready to break it in yet!
KEEP IT SIMPLE!

Look in the archives for a recent thread about how to tie-on nocks. You can use most any material including serving. I've used nylon & dental floss. Nylon worked better.

I have used nylon serving, pieces of B50 and D97.You know when you get to the end of a spool and there not enough for a string, they all will work for tie-on nocks.

Leave it to ROB to show how simple some things are that would take 30 minutes to try and explain.        Sounds like its time for a new glove and a bit of knot tying.
