just ordered some traditional only arrows 300;s. they are way to stiff. acording to stews they would be good. i did finally get decent flight with 400 up front and building out my side plate to 1/8 past center. I shoot a roy hall 56@ 28 and draw to 28.5. as far as i know its either cut to 0 or 1/6 past center. I think im going to try some carbon express herritage 250 next but was looking for any advice. whould they be good or no go.

You normally build out the side plate when the shaft is not stiff enough. You should have seen good flight before you got to the 400gr up front.

Something doesn't seem right.

I shoot 55# @28" bows and draw them right at 29" and shoot 29" 0.400 spine shafts with 310 gr up front without problems.
