What is the mass weight on a perengie?

Is the shelf cut to center?

The shelf is not cut to center.  i'm guessing 1 1/2 lbs for the weight of the peregrine.

There was a Cari-Bow Snowbird that was for sale recently. Not sure of it's status, but it was listed at a very reasonable price. Nice bow, similar to the Peregrine as it was it's predecessor. Not quite as much deflex in the limbs.... quieter than the Peregrine, but not quite as fast. I owned that bow at one time and it's a nice shooter.

That Cari-bow Snowbird is on page four of the classifieds. It doesn't say sold on the add so it might still be available, might be worth checking out. It would let you try one for minimal investment. Good luck.

For the Peregrine the shelf is cut 1/16 past center. So with the beavertail strike plate it will come to exactly center cut I guess.
It don't mean a thing if it ain't got that string! [/i]
