Howdy all.

I've been lurking around the site for the past five or six years.  Never really had anything to say...still don't.  But thought I'd finally join the gang just in case I do have something to share one day.  I've really enjoyed reading all the threads, from the hunting reports/stories to the debates on arrows/bows/etc, and have gleaned a ton of info from y'all.  So I basically just wanted to step out from the shadows and say thanks!!

A bit about me...I've been shooting, just about anything I could get my hands on, for as long as I can remember.  Love shooting my recurve.  I build my own strings, arrows, and have even built a couple of long bows.  It makes the sport more enjoyable when you can do it yourself.  Luckily for me I live a five minute walk from my local range which allows me to shoot daily.  I shoot (BS alot too) with a bunch of great trad shooters at the range.  I've bowhunted, read bow-hiked, for a while now and just enjoy being outdoors.  Success will come when it comes.

The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.

Six years...I guess I'm just shy.  Ha! Ha! Ha!

I always figured if you don't have anything relavent to say, it's better to keep quiet.  I'll try to be more talkative in the future...

Hey,I don't think most of us waste as many words in real life as we do on line.

The nature of the beast huh ;^)
Winning or losing is not the important thing,,the important thing is how well you played the game.
