I was looking around on the sponsors section, and stopped by Mike's, Bruin Custom Bows.

Check out the XP 60 DWL bow. That is a fine looking "Curve"!

Kinda of gave me goosebumps from my early days, in archery! And I love my longbows!

Foxtail

Yeah Frank,
I hadn't seen that one- thanks for pointing it out. Kind of reminds me of a Bob Lee Thunderbolt, but not on the same level of steroids. The Thunderbolt was always one of my favourite one piece eye candy. But that XP is kindal sweet lookin as well!

Steelhead

That is a sweet looking bow Steve.Looks like he runs all the wood laminations on the back of the riser. That combined with the reverse horns on the belly of the riser gives it a unique and interesting look. That would look good in your hands.

Yeah guys, it is sweet looking. The Bruins riser is a unique looking design.

Got to handle and shoot one of the Bruins at Cloverdale back in the late eighties. But like said, longbow bit!

Mike early design appeared to be quite similiar to the old Staghorn recurves. Those were some nice shooting bows back in the late 60's early 70's. Smooth, quiet and pretty quick. Those older bows sure had character...
"Neal...is this heaven?" "No Piute but we are dam close". Top of the Mtn in Medicine Bow Nat Forest.
