I don't know much about that but I would not shoot it. Someone will be along soon with some good advice for you.
Its not the size of the animal you hunt that matters. Its how you hunt the animal.

Ouch!  :knothead:    Don't shoot it as is.  If the break is clean some thin super glue worked completely into the crack and then clamped to dry should hold it back together.  It's kind of hard to see in the pics where the crack is - between the wood and the glass in the glue line?  I would suggest underlays on the belly side of the tips.  How are the tip overlays?

Wow this is heartbreaking. Right when i get my bow set up and start shooting it i BREAK IT. I dont have the money to get the bow fixed. I saw that the price starts at $50...

Whip

PM sent.  This is something you can handle if you are handy at all.

You can fix it. Look for how to apply tip overlay threads using the search function and apply the same methods to fixing it, along with the advice Whip is giving you. Take your time. Do a dry run first and make sure you dont overtighten your clamps. I have a feeling Whips got you back

What ever you do, please do NOT try to shoot the bow at least until you can get a "hands-on" professional opinion.

I am truly sorry it happened(to you). I know what a kick in the gut or lower that can be. Unfortunately now it's a "was" so just play it safe and smart.

This is why I bought my relatively inexpensive 58" Greatree Volcano, except I shoot in the basement in the Winter.  I could live with damaging it, but have too much into my Lee, CM, and Kotas to risk it...

I cant see the pics, if you need some black phenolic, tan phenolic or walnut dymondwood for limb tips I can mail you some.

I can't see the pictures either. What kind of bow and weightr were you shooting? Where in Wisconsin are you? I'm in Neenah and have some bows you could borrow until you can get yours fixed. Let me know if you are interested.

I'm not the expert but that appear to be fixable with tip overlays expoxied on with Smooth on.  You could handle this your self pretty easily.  Email bowdoc or droptine59 for help.

Again i appreciated it guys it means alot to a new guy to get this kind of a response. shows people care about the sport
