I am in the process of making my boys (3 and 5) a back quiver each. Nothing fancy in the pattern, just a Hill style. The fancy thing is the material. Skunk hide. It has been tough to make. A little smelly...ok alot smelly. When the hides get finished with the tanning process they won't smell, but until then...
My wife is not a real big fan of the idea. She thought it was great until she found out that it is a DIY project.

I will end up with about $20 in both quivers, not too bad I don't think.
I will be sure to put up some pics when I get them finished. I have been told I was crazy for making them out of skunks, but I think it will be worth it for the kiddos. They will surely be unique.
