Who has one of these beauties? What are the woods in yours?

I just got a Longriver Elk that was a gift from a good friend. I was trying to figure out exactly what woods are in the limbs. I'm certain the riser is Curly Maple. The limbs are of three lams, two of which are a reddish brown---could they be yew?

I had a chance to shoot this bow today for the first time. WOW!!!! This bow is a sweet shooter! Fast, quiet, accurate...just an absolute pleasure to shoot. It's perfect. Shoots as great as it looks. I love it!!!!!!!!!!

It's times like these I wish I had a digital camera. I'm going to get a friend to take me a pic and email it to me.

I had an Elk Killer, but I gave it away with some other bows to some soldiers shipping off to Iraq I think.  Absolute gentlemen stationed in Colorado somewhere.  They gave me a lovely plaque.

However, I have an Osage and Yew TR 68" 60 lbs at 28.  What a gem.  I don't think he is making bows anymore.
