One thing to keep in mind is that if you are hunting in cold weather a closed reed call can freeze and not work at all. I like my tally ho, wide range of sounds and no freeze up. Mark.

I'm a big fan of the TallyHo too.  I can do about anything with that call..growls, squeaks, howls, distress.  It works.

I have a few customs that make some good sounds too.  Randy Anderson does the Primos calls now.  He is what got me into predator calling in the first place.  Use to love the Calling All Coyotes vids.

Easiest way though is to get a FoxPro or a Johnnie Stewart Preymaster electronic caller.  Just gotta be careful with over calling and setups.  Coyotes are slick critters and will catch on very quickly if you're sloppy.

My friends swear by the Foxpro Scorpion.  Its really cool.  Pocket size electonic caller, remote, with 200 sounds.

I wish I had been nice more last year and maybe i would have got one for Xmas.
