I'll be taking loads of pics. I'm no Charlie Lamb or Curtis Kellar when it comes to telling stories, but hopefully with a little luck I'll have lots of pics to tell the story with. Larry, thanks again for the very generous opportunity!
I'll bring the cigars and cocktails along with some Philly snacks! Now I just have to figure out how to get cheesesteaks still tasting good after 2900 miles :rolleyes:

I understand the elk have already started talking about this guy from PA;
who is getting prepared for a trip out west,
who can't hardly wait to get on his way!

They already know this man they call Elkherder and are concerned he has recruited a sidekick who has skill with stickbow and arrow!
Tag teaming them has them concerned;
These guys carry those shooting sticks that have what they call "Mojo"....?

So elk of Oregon, all the way up to the top 6X6 majestic wapiti;
These boys are serious and are on track with making memories and fulfilling destiny!

May their journey be filled with fun and laughter;
Adventures and experiences that will last everafter.

We will wait with excited childlike anticipation,
To read and to see images as this "walk in the woods" comes to be;
Archers stay tuned from seashore to seashore all over this great nation,
And Elk of Oregon...be worried, very worried...it's team Elkherder and Joe D that will be seeking you before you feel their presence and can flee!
