picture help

I posted a pix last night that I uploaded at Photobucket. I went to the edit feature and reduced the picture size to 640x400 and clicked apply then had to close that window to get back to "my albums". When I copied and pasted the picture to the post here on TG it was still the 6x800, I knew it was too big so I tried it again with the same results. Can anyone help me troubleshoot my problems ??

You can also try a site called tinypic.com
Essencially the same as photobucket!
