I bought a Dale Dye of Gene aka "chestsprings" here at tradgang and received it one week ago!

First i will say thank you Gene for letting me buying the bow.

Gene has been outstanding doing business with!  The packing of the bow was very good. The follow up from Gene was excellent, and he followed the package right to my doorstep.
I was not home when they tried to deliver it and I actually got a mail from Gene telling me that they just had been on my door for delivery!! The reason I think that is exceptional is because I`m living in Norway and Gene in Virginia. So here is a tradganger that really taking an effort in the trade of the bow and the follow ups.( He of course also contacted me as soon as i had received the package and checked that I was satisfied)
Wow what a man to do business with !!
I highly recommend doing business with Gene, if he ever has something for sale on tradgang.  :archer:

Ronny,

was a real pleasure to sell it to you, & hope it last you  a long time.   from your pictures, your shooting bigger game.

why don't you put the link up for others to visit the site, showing the black mamba you shot in Africa with a bow.  also the story about how you were runing around picking up rocks to stone it after you shot it, & it kept "following " you.

I'm sure others would get a good laugh about that as I did.  I can still seeing you going to pick up stones, turning around, & the black mumba is still following you.

let others enjoy it too,

the wood on the bow is :riser: Shedua, the laminations in the riser handle are Dark Africian Red Vermillion.

again thanks for buying the bow, & may your arrows fly straight.

Ronny came with me to Africa and I have some great piks of him and his mamba... the full story and piks is posted up on another forum, but I thought that linking to other forums was not allowed on Trad Gang.. correct me if I am wrong and I will put up a link...  I would post the piks directly here as I have them on my server, but they would not really be appropriate here as the mamba was taken with a compound.   :scared:    Ronny and I both shoot compound as well, but one thing is sure,,, we LOVE the trad shooting  :)          :archer:

My fault for the "link" suggestion.  I forgot about that.

to good of a forum to break the rules.

to me , it's not about the type of bow, but how funny, ( since I'm sitting here in the USA, & not there) that he's picking up stones to finish off the black mamba, & it's "following him"

Margly,

Great choice in bows (just received my third Dale Dye yesterday).

It certainly appears to shoot as good as it looks.

Best of luck with that bow and would love to read about the snake!
