I just got some single bevel Tusker Concordes and was wondering how people get the bevel correct and even on single bevels.

I'd like to have all the bevels the same and was wondering if there's some tool or clamp or something that holds and aligns them correctly for sharpening.

Thanks for any help.

Good luck and have fun. I have been able to get a good angle on them using a KME jig and my belt sander but it is a little tricky not to ruin the KME roller. I thought that this older post would be a better start for you.... cheap, simple and it comes with pics!

I just ran the file just over the ferrule and then knocked the burr off the flat side followed by stropping on cardboard. These were the first single bevels I was able to get scary sharp. I actually cut myself without knowing it as I tested" one using my index finger to feel the edge. The blood flowing was my first clue.
