I used to use my thumb knuckle cradled in the dip behind my ear lobe as my anchor, but since I started shooting again I've been using the back of the feather in the corner of my mouth as an anchor and it's really helped me get rid of the target panick.  But I've been using 5 1/2" shield cut hi-profile feathers and they're a pain for me to fletch so I bought some 4" parabolic and when I reached anchor and released the string about took the end of my nose off.  So does anyone know where I can get some 4" shield hi-pro RW feathers?  I thought about ordering some of the Razyrs but I'm a little concerned about their BH control.

thanks,
Ken
Chasing my kids and my degree for now but come next fall the critters better look out.  ;)

You need a chopper or a burner.

Long, long afterward, in an oak I found the arrow, still unbroke;
And the song, from beginning to end, I found again in the heart of a friend.

And if you choose the burner be sure to do it in the kitchen - adds a nice bouquet to the whole house!  J/K feather burning is an outside job
