Well, since Idaho started a wolf season, has anybody shot one with a trad bow yet?

Last I'd heard, there were only two killed and a quota of something like 280 wolves.

I think this season is going to be almost irrelevant as far as population impact unless somebody figures out a more efficient way to hunt them.

I've come to believe that the keys to shooting well for me are good form, trusting the bow to do all the work, and having the confidence in the bow and myself to remain motionless and relaxed at release until the arrow hits the mark.

I thought I heard that ID has taken something like 23 so far.I haven't heard about trad gear or archery gear for that matter.

Montana has taken 9 but the season is only open in a couple back country areas. The majority of the state will open on Oct 25th.The total statewide quota for MT is 75.My region has a quota of 12 and 7 have already been taken with 95% of the region not even open yet.

Our predicted ( by the antihunters) 'slaughter' of the wolves has so far produced 24 wolves.

I have not heard of anyone shooting a wolf with traditional equipment. I am a dog person; and don't look forward to killing one. I will if I get the chance though !
THE VOICES HAVEN'T BOTHERED ME SINCE I STARTED POKING THEM WITH A Q-TIP.
