well as the title says i need help with the rest on my new bow (the martin jaguar take down i will post pics of bow when i get a chance) the rest is just a flapper type rest but it is shaped like a prong rest for a compound bow and the arrow rests in between the two fingers of the rest and it is causing the arrows to "fish tail" when shot and throw the shoot off as much as a foot at 10 yards i think that it is caused by the fletchings hitting both of the flappers when passing thru the rest is there any advice that you guys can give me on how to fix this. on the up side the bow can take any kind of rest thats on the market seeing as the bow has a compound riser, but i have no local archery shops

thanks in advance
