Great topic it's great to see all the guy's and gal's that are still shooting at any age.
You ask me what kind of bows I'm shooting early, I shoot a couple of Morrisons, A&H's and a few other custom bow's all in the mid 50's  :bigsmyl:

This thread is still running? Dang...lots of geezers here, I guess.

At fifty-three, I am hoping I can still shoot at eighty, like Jack. I am shooting a variety of recurves and longbows, and am comfortable at 46# at my draw. It is a weight that I can shoot all day, for days on end. I have too many bows. I keep telling myself that I oughta sell some bows, but every time I set about getting ready to begin to commence starting to see to that, I find something else I have to try. I have a bunch, and have run plumb out of room. But there is another in the classifieds that...   :rolleyes:

My joints are noisy, my shoulders have spurs, my close-up vision is gone and I need some CV exercise, but am looking forward to three weeks of hunting camp next month, God willing.

Long, long afterward, in an oak I found the arrow, still unbroke;
And the song, from beginning to end, I found again in the heart of a friend.
