Footed Arrows >>-----> Please Help

I have always made my own arrows, ever since I started shooting with trad equipment. Being in Iraq right now, there isnt much to do with your down time other than get on a computer and snoop around... I have been looking at footed shafts, and think that I want to try making my own..Problem is, I have no idea what i am doing when it comes to that, because I have no experience with it. I will be home in a couple of months, and unfortunately, my wife is getting ready to come here, so I wont even see her till next August..figured this will be a good way to pass my free time so im not sittin around doing nothing.


Well, I guess I will finally get to my question... Does any have any good advice they care to pass along, or maybe where I can find an easy to understand How-To on making footed shafts? I like the look of the 4 footed shafts way better than the two, but I will probably try both. Thank you in advance for any help.
