kids PVC Bow, how do I build one?

I remember reading about building a kids bow out of PVC. Anyone have any tips on how to do this? What size and length works best?

suggest you get ahold of the issue of TBM that had the whole thing written up.  It was within the last 3 years.....

TBM has it posted on the website, I don't think you need to have a subscription to look at it.
