Deer Target Height

I plan to use a U stuff it bag for a deer target. what would be a good height off the ground to hang it (to duplicate the distance from belly to ground or the height of the legs./???        

Does someone have a fullsize 3D target they can measure?

I just measured my 3d target and its 20" from the bottom of the belly to the ground..
