Good Times and Good Friends .......

Today my family went down to the 5th. Annual Eastern Ohio Traditional Rendezvous.
Had a Blast!! Met up with some fellow Trad-gangers and shot the 3-d range, talked about bow-making and deer hunting, well...hunting in general. Met again with Kenny (4runr), Jim (Jmatt1957),and Matt(celticknot). Also met "longbowben" for the first time. Ben had prior commitments, but talked deer and elk hunting for while before leaving......would like to talk with him again....he's got some stories up his sleeve.
In the morning, my wife, daughter, myself, and Jmatt shot a round together. Only got 1 picture ,but it is a good one:(some little lady has the best shot of the group here

)

Later that afternoon, the girls sat this round out, but Kenny, Matt, Jim, and myself started a round and were joined by Doug Schlabaugh, his 2 boys, and another fellow whose name I just forgot. Here's a pic of 1 heck of a group coming from 8 shooters:

All in all, a great day of fun; a little humid in the afternoon, but a great family trip.....

Sure was good to catch up with you and your family again Ben.

One day at a shoot is never enough. Hard to get all the catchin up done in a short time.

This was a very good shoot. Very kid friendly; and arrow friendly!

It was nice being able to spend more time meeting and shooting with you Kenny, Jim, and Matt. longbow ben---next time, we'll have to shoot a round, all kids included......
