Try spin-testing the arrow. If the broadhead wobbles when the arrow is spun, then it is not square to the shaft, causing it to whistle in flight.

Tried that its fine shoots good just whistle i think its the bleeeder slot

I normally use a little Super Glue on the bleeders, and have never had a whistle.  I've also heard of guys using chapstick in the bleeder slot

If you're getting a "whistle" you're right it's the bleeder slot.  I've had both Magnus and Eclipse 4 blades whistle on me.  Like Kevin mentioned, you can smear a little Chapstick in the bleeder slot in front of the bleeder and it will vanish.  You can also use string wax or point glue, just get the front of the slot sealed up and you'll be good to go.

Mine are whistleing too but I remembered the chapstick trick.  Haven't tried it yet but I will.

An old hand me down recurve sparked the fire, Trad Gang fanned the flames.  There is no stopping now.  Burn baby burn!

You can also use bowstring wax.
