Removing logos/decals

Hello all,
Does anyone have an easy way to remove the logos/decals on carbon shafts? I just bought some Easton 600s and would a nice, plain black arrow shaft.

Decal remover from your local auto parts store should do the job...

Acetone will take most off.

I use rubbing alchol soaked into a paper towel, and rubbed off.

Careful with solvents some of them can eat the arrow!

I used me wifes finger nail polish remover (acetone) she doesn't know it yet.

thanks for all the suggestions. i tried rubbing alcohol and that worked fairly well. i'll try some acetone next.

Hey onestringer.  I was viewing your signature with interest.   You do know that Geronimo had a Winchester repeater, and we aren't speaking Apache?

very light steel wool and some acetone on it.  Very light pressure and you should be able to get it right off.  I usually wrap the steel wool around the shaft and run it back and forth quickly to get the stickers off the shafting.
