The mailman brought me a bow I was expecting and one I had no idea was coming. I'm way behind on posting bows from the last two weeks but took a couple of pics today of yesterday's haul.

First a 60" Palmer single carbon 53@29 60". Palmer's have always been one of my favorites and I finally got a hold of one that is perfect.

Out of the blue a brand new Hill Country K2 (new model) showed up. 44@28 60" I called Roman to ask what this was doing at my house and he said he just came up with the bow and wanted my feedback on it. It's a short risered hybrid with some giddy-up. So far it's his best work IMO.

Nice thumb rest on it.

You can get Hill Country Bows through Toll Gate(sponsor here) and I believe from Git-R-Done(also a sponsor here).

Funny, I'm sitting here and my cell phone rings just as I opened this thread, it's Roman. He wanted to just chat. I read him Dave's comments and he was pleased.

He's also working on a recurve built on his forward handle Harvest Master riser. Can't wait for that one. You can also pm me for any more info on Roman or his bows. I'll probably be bringing something along to Comptons for Alleghany Archery to have on hand.

I've got a Cheyenne, Shrew, Belcher ILF and a Black Swan I need to share some pics of yet too. Going to be a fun summer.

Very nice. A fun summer indeed. Times getting close to choose your date for the prom, though.    :)

Bear I set them up so they all shoot very similar by raising/lowering the arrow weights. I can take any of the girls to the dance and do fine.

Come on down Joe and shoot a few. The grip on the new Swan riser is going to make you pretty happy I think. I like it the best by far over any of the other ones so far. I also think you'll have some fun with the New Hill Country. I'll have to keep an eye on you to make sure that one stays here unless you bring your checkbook.    :D
